We at arstech.biz are actively researching on the ways of building of a decentralized web and have started a project development.

Currently the web access is centralized - the users go to web sites to get information.

Blockchain technology is a step away from centralization, but is still not true decentralization.

True decentralization, as described in this article - lets-get-rid-of-the-blockchain-on_decentralization allows peer to peer communication between users.

The project of building of a decentralized web is about creating software to allow video and voice streaming and text communication directly between users without intermediaries.

In order to get the users connected the project will consider use of a private blockchain to register the availability of users.

The project has the option of using a software layer for secure communication.
